This precious gem encrusted nail polish has a sheer purple base with duochrome shimmer that shifts from blue to violet and it really sets off your nail art designs with natural beauty.
It is recommended to apply 2 layers of polish. Polish has a textured matte finish. Use a layer or two of glossy top coat for an extra sparkle effect.
