Wholesale Returns & Exchange Policy
All online, in-store and telephone orders are subject to our wholesale returns policy. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Please ensure you read and understand our returns policy before making a return.
Due to the cosmetic nature of our products, and health guidlines, all sales are considered final. This ensures the safety of not only our customers, but also yours. This ensures all products sold will be new & unopened. We cannot accept returns on electrical equipment, hair or lash extension products, skincare, hair colour, shampoos/conditions & styling products, nail polish & treatments, nail gels, acrylic & all cosmetics. Excluding non-returnable items, unused items with original packaging may be exchanged or with manger approval, refunded within 10 days of purchase. Exchanges on UNOPENED, RESALABLE condition goods will be accepted within 10 days of purchase. If the item has been purchased online, or by phone and shipped to you, the item must be returned to a DK Beauty location either in person or by post (shipping charges are customer expense). Original receipt is required for return/exchange. Returns may be subject to 20% restocking fee.
DEFECTIVE & WARRANTY RETURNS
All warranties are held with the original manufacturer and not with DK Beauty. For warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer of the product.
Damaged products must be reported to DK Beauty immediately and a replacement will be provided once the damaged item has been returned.
Items replaced under warranty, will retain the same warranty period from the original purchase date.
