Learn correct Satin Smooth waxing techniques by our waxing expert. This 2-day Satin Smooth waxing class teaching the basics of waxing including salon disinfection practices. We will cover arms, legs (upper and lower), bikini, upper lip, brows and fingers
AGENDA
Day 1 - AM - review Satin Smooth Information Manual and Satin Smooth Waxing DVD, correct disinfection procedures
1 hour lunch
Day 1 - PM - Students work on each other waxing
Day 2 - AM - Students bring in a model for a 4 hour practical waxing session (10:00 - 2:00)
1/2 hour lunch
Day 2 - PM - Students bring in a model from 2:00 - 3:00 for practical exam
Students write written exam
This class is a basic waxing class covers the basics of correct waxing techniques wherein hairs are not broken but rather correctly extracted by the root. Eyebrows, legs, arms, and the bikini area are covered, taught by our resident esthetician and waxing expert.
The cost of the course includes the training guide and a Satin Smooth Waxing Kit. Prior beauty experience is preferred required to attend this class. If you do not have prior beauty experience, please call our store and we can discuss registration. Practical assigments can be completed in lieu of prior training, to complete a required 45 hours of training.
Class fee includes a Deluxe Waxing Kit, Deluxde Wax Warmer, Video, and sundries
Upon successful completion, a Satin Smooth Waxing Diploma will be issued.
Class Information
A deposit is required on our classes. This is non-refundable. If a class needs to be re-scheduled to a later date, a $100 re-schedule fee will apply. Students must provide their own models as required. Children are not permitted.
Professional salon attire must be worn to all classes including a white salon smock. Indoor shoes must be provided by student for our classroom.
Certificates will be issued when students receive a passing grade only which includes completion of exams and practical quotas. If exams need to be re-scheduled or re-written, a $100 fee will apply. Our classes scheduling and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any class.
We do not issue T2202 for courses. Please check with your accountant for information on expensing your classes
