Returns & Refunds Policies
DK Beauty is a family-owned & operated wholesale business; we are not retail. Thank you for honoring this policy. While we wish for a more flexible approach, constraints of wholesale margins prevent us.
Once a purchase is complete, alterations or cancellations are not possible.
Returns
- Returns are not accepted on any electrical equipment or electronics.
- Gels, gel polish, nail polish without seals are not returnable (cosmetic under Health Canada)
- Gels with a seal can be exchanged within 14 days, with Manager prior approval only (see details below)
- E-File bits are non-returnable.
- All returns must be in pristine, unopened, and untested condition. Any damage to packaging will nullify the return.
Owing to the cosmetic essence of our products, returns are not an option for items that have been opened, used, or sampled, aligning with Canadian health regulations. Equipment is considered a final sale due to its inability to be resold as new.
Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit (E-Gift Card) solely, within a 14-day period.
Exchanges
- Exchanges of unused, unopened merchandise may be accepted within 14 days of purchase. All exchanges are subject to verification and approval and may be refused at our discretion.
- Any mail-in exchanges require postage to be sent at customers expense.
- Exchanges accepted by DK within 14 days will not incur the 15% processing fee.
Utilize the returns feature located within your account to acquire a return authorization number.
Equipment Warranties
Warranties belong to the manufacturers, not DK. Avoid returning to DK Beauty unless instructed otherwise. Certain manufacturers may allow a 30-day exchange for verified and validated defects.
Items deemed to be defective with management approval will be replaced only, or a store credit provided. We do not refund the method of payment.
Manufacturer's specifications dictate warranty claims, varying by brand. Consult your included warranty card or connect with the manufacturer for in-depth warranty details.
Backorders
- Backorders will be included with next purchase or order.
- Backorders for less than $30 will be cancelled.
- Separate shipping charge will apply to backorders requested to be shipped separately.
Professional Only Product Designations
Any items labeled Pro Only signify they are intended for Professional Use Only as determined by the respective manufacturers. We are unable to accommodate any exceptions.
Should you place an order for exclusive Pro-Only products without the necessary Pro Only status, the order will be voided and refunded. A 15% processing fee will be applied to offset the costs incurred for returning the payment method. We disclaim any accountability for orders mistakenly placed
