Most orders Ship Within 1-4 Business days.
*Excluding holiday periods, weekends and sale periods. Packing, Processing and Shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
DK Beauty provides complimentary shipping for most Canadian orders over $199; $299 USA. Some exclusions include remote locations, heavy or flammable orders that require courier service and cannot ship by post. $199 minimum is calculated before any discounts, taxes or fees. Heavies & DG will ship by ground courier and you will be advised of the additional fee.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Our store features live inventory to prevent out of stocks. However there can be a delay, and sometimes items can be out of stock and allocated to an order ahead of yours. In the event of an out of stock item, this item will be cancelled before shipment of your order to ensure quick delivery. TIMELINE
Please allow 1-14 Business days for delivery once your order has shipped. For any information regarding the status of your shipment once it has left our warehouse, please contact the postal agency or courier with the tracking number provided. For international orders, please review the shipping options at checkout for a more detailed delivery date.
INTERNATIONAL, AND USA ORDERS (CUSTOMS & DUTIES)
For international or cross-border clients, please be aware that your order may be assessed at the local border for your local taxes and applicable import duties.
Any fees assessed are not collect by, or paid to DK Beauty. Fees assessed at borders are paid to and determined by your local and/or federal government agency.
DK Beauty cannot ship international orders without a declared value,

- Our Standard Shipping carrier is Canada Post for most deliveries, in order to accommodate all shipping needs across Canada. Canada Post will deliver your package to the address indicated on your order. If there is no one available to receive the order, Canada Post will hold your parcel at the closest post office where you will be able to pick it up within a set time frame. In the event the parcel is refused or not picked up within this time frame, it will be sent back to our Warehouse with the option of re-shipping at cost or a refund less the shipping charges incurred.
- Tracking is available through Canada Post and will indicate the estimated delivery date. Times are estimates only, and cannot be guaranteed. No compensation will be offered for late deliveries.
- Express shipping may be available at an additional cost.
- Flammable items not eligible for air shipping due to government regulated shipping standards.
- Shipping estimates do not include packing or fulfillment time (2-3 business days)
- DK Beauty is not responsible for incorrectly delivered items, or returned orders caused by incorrect addresses. Please carefully review your address before placing an order.
- Refunds/credits for returned orders will be refunded less shipping charges.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable once the courier has accepted the package.
