Shipping & Delivery Terms

Flammable Items: Cleaners, nail polishes, and removers cannot be shipped by air and must be sent via ground courier.

Heavy Shipments: Heavy liquids, over-sided items, furniture and equipment will be charged shipping as per courier quotes, plus an additional oversized item fee.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on item availability. Shipping quotes provided by carriers are estimates only.

Excluded Regions: Some remote areas are excluded due to high shipping fees.

Free shipping does not apply to heavy, large, or flammable shipments requiring courier service.

Free Shipping: Orders with free shipping will be sent via Canada Post Regular or Expedited service. Free shipping minimums order spend is based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts. Free shipping covers the shipping cost up to a maximum of $18 per order. This cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons

Non-Delivery Claims

Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for delivery inquiries.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address. Ensure you enter a safe and accurate shipping address.

Claims of non-delivery require filing with the carrier, and refunds or credits are not provided for items marked as delivered. A replacement will be offered only after the claim is completed and approved by the carrier.
