Combinal 3% Premium Developer is hydrogen peroxide in gel-form and is it designed to use in combination with combinal eyelash and eyebrow dyes. This innovative lotion formula has an improved oxidation compared to liquid forms of hydrogen peroxides and is very easy to mix.

The Combinal 3% Premium Developer achieves full oxidation shortly after mixing with Combinal eyelash and eyebrow dyes. The dye penetrates considerably deeper into the hair follicles for more intense and long-lasting color results.
