Shipping is processed through our Calgary Warehouse. If store to store transfer is required to fulfil shipment, allow 3 days extra days prior to shipping
Processing time for online orders is 1-5 business days, excluding holidays, weekends, and sales periods. Packing, processing, and shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
Account holders input shipping addresses by providing a valid address; DK Beauty does not enter or correct addresses and does not assume responsibility for any inaccuracies in the customer's entries. Verify your information.
Our Carriers include Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or Sendle for Standard Shipping. No flammables through Canada Post; need courier address.
Canada Post delivers to the address on your account. Include PO Box for Canada Post delivery. If no one available, parcel at nearest post office. Unclaimed parcels returned for re-shipment or refund minus shipping charges
Courier services such as UPS, Purolator are unable to deliver to PO Boxes due to Canada Post ownership. Tracking will be provided once the package departs our warehouse, with an estimated delivery date. Please be aware that DK Beauty does not offer compensation for delays. Other relevant details to consider:
- Express shipping may be available at an additional cost.
- Flammable items not eligible for air shipping due to government regulated shipping standards.
- Shipping estimates do not include packing or fulfillment time (2-3 business days)
- DK Beauty is not responsible for incorrectly delivered items, or returned orders caused by incorrect addresses. Please carefully review your address before placing an order.
- Refunds/credits for returned orders will be refunded less shipping charges.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable once the courier has accepted the package

Parcels exceeding $100 necessitate a signature for secure delivery. Failure to do so absolves us of liability for safe drop losses. Couriers including Canada Post, without a signature, will not assume any liability or responsibility for loss which is beyond our control.
*Some exclusions include remote locations, heavy or flammable orders that require courier service and cannot ship by post. These parcels incur an extra fee placed on the shipment by the carrier(s).
Out of Stock Items
Inventory management is diligent but errors may occur due to factors like human error, damages, and theft, leading to delays, out-of-stock situations, or refunds. We will not provide any compensation for out of stock items. If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped with your next order or a credit put on file. We do not ship out of stock items at no charge due to cost of carriers. We are a wholesaler and not retailer seller and margins do not permit retail shipping protocols.
International / USA Orders
For global or transnational customers, please note that your order might be inspected at the local border for your local taxes and relevant import duties. Shipping fees paid to DK Beauty are separate from border taxes and duties.
DK Beauty is unable to ship orders to the USA or internationally without a declared value.
