ue to the nature of the beauty business, please consider ALL SALES TO BE FINAL. Thank you for respecting our policy on this.  As you can understand, you would not like to purchase used/opened or previously sold & returned goods for your salon. *As we do not accept returns, you will only ever receive brand new products from us*
Open/used products, boxes, furniture and equipment  cannot be resold to other customers.

In the case of an incorrectly ordered item that is UNOPENED, UNUSED/RESALABLE  & RECEIVES OWNER PRIOR RETURN APPROVAL (within 10 days) a 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY.  IN STORE CREDIT ONLY. Return shipping is at your expense. We do need to examine the merchandise first to deem it returnable first. This does not apply to any furniture or equipment. Equipment, furniture, efiles etc. are always FINAL SALE (unless defective).

 

 

859713 Alberta Ltd. O/A DK Beauty is a registered wholesale beauty supplier; we are not retail. Our selling market is primarily salons. Due to the nature of the beauty products we represent, classed as cosmetic in natural, sales must be considered final. Thank you for respecting our policy on this.  

Open, used or tested products, boxes, furniture and equipment cannot be resold to other customers as new.

In the case of an incorrectly ordered item that is unopened (seal in tact), unused and reusable, and at the descretion of a store manager, within 10 days, a store credit will be applied less a 15% admin/restock fee.  Return shipping fees are at the customer experience.  Once it is deemed returnable, the credit will be issued.

Refunds
We will apply a store credit or gift card.  As we are wholesale, we do not issue direct refunds 

Discounts & Coupons 
Only one coupon, discount, free shipping or other promotion may be used per order.
Stacked discounts are not allowed and cannot be processed. As a wholesale supplier we unable to provide retail levels of discounts to orders. Any orders that have incorrectly used multiple discounts, promos will have the promotion of the highest value applied and all others cancelled.
All promotions are based off the subtotal of the order, minus any shipping taxes and fees. 

Returns Policy
• Exchanges may be accepted within 10 days of purchase.
• For hygienic reasons and the safety of our clients, most items are considered final sale. Products that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• Returns on defective items will be processed for a replacement, or in-store credit.
• Return shipping costs are responsibility of the client. 
• All returns require a manager approval first, and may incur a 20% restocking/disposal fee. 
• Absolutely no refunds or credits will be provided for items that are not returned. 
Professional-Only Policy
Products designated Pro-Only/Professional-Only are only able to be sold to those with valid, professional credentials and relevant business owners with backup documentation. Orders placed for Pro-Only products without meeting these requirements will be cancelled - and a 2.5% fee will be deducted from the refund amount on these orders to cover the transaction fees incurred by DK Beauty.
Shipping Policy

• Flammable items such as cleaners, nail polishes and nail polish removers cannot be transported by air, and therefore ground courier is required to ship.
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed and may vary depending on the availability of items. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping quotes provided by the carriers are estimates only. 
• Some regions and remote areas are excluded due to high shipping fees.  Free shipping does not apply to heavy items, large shipments, or flammable shipments that require courier service.
• Orders with Free Shipping will be sent via Canada Post Regular or Expedited service.
• Free shipping minimums may change without notice, and are based off the subtotal of the order minus any fees or any applicable Provincial or Federal taxes.
Orders that select alternative shipping methods will by default sent with Canada Post regular or Expedited service.  Free shipping cannot be used when other promotions, discounts or coupons are used. DK Beauty reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet qualifying conditions.
 
Non-Delivery Claims
Please reach out to the carrier for information regarding your delivery. When contacting them, please provide the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email so that they may better assist you.
 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. When inputting a shipping address, please enter one that is both safe and accurate to ensure your package arrives.
• We do not accept responsibility for claims of non-delivery when a tracking shows an item or package has been delivered. 
• Any claims of non-delivery will require the customer to file a claim with the post or courier service and follow the requirements of the claim process.
• Refunds or credits will not be made for items or packages that show delivered, only a replacement will be offered once the claim process has been completed and approved by the carrier. 
 
Heavy Shipments Policy
Heavy liquids, over-sided items, furniture and equipment will be charged shipping as per courier quotes, plus an additional oversized item fee.
 
Defective Product Policy
In the event of a defective product, the product(s) may be returned to us with prior manager approval only. No compensation is offered up and above the product value if a product(s) is indeed deemed defective by DK Beauty Systems. Shipping fees are customer responsibility.
Any COD shipments will be rejected and returned to the customer.


Pricing Policy
DK Beauty reserves the right to cancel or refund any items, products or orders which have received incorrect pricing or errors in pricing. DK Beauty is not responsible for pricing errors cause by software issues, errors or glitches.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.


What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
