General Redemption Rules

The following rules apply to all Prestige Points redemptions, including discounts, rewards, and store credit:

• One (1) redemption per day — only a single reward or discount may be redeemed per customer, per day.
• Minimum spend applies — all redemptions require a minimum order value to qualify. The minimum spend threshold varies by reward type and will be indicated at the time of redemption.
• Educator and Dealer accounts are excluded — these account types already receive significant account-level discounts and are not eligible to earn or redeem Prestige Points.

Store Credit Redemption Rules

In addition to the general rules above, the following conditions apply specifically to store credit redemptions:

• Minimum order value of $250 — store credit cannot be applied to orders below $250.
• Order total must exceed the credit amount — you cannot redeem more in store credit than your order subtotal (e.g. a $100 credit requires an order total of more than $100).
• Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred, combined, or carried over after the program sunset date of August 8, 2026.

Rewards Policy

DK Beauty reserves the right to cancel any account and forfeit accumulated rewards in cases of abusive, disruptive, or dishonest behaviour — online or in-store. Rewards have no cash value.

In any case where a redemption is disputed, unclear, or does not meet program guidelines, DK Beauty's decision is final. Orders that do not comply with these terms may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
