Shipping Policies

DK Beauty operates two locations and a warehouse. Situated in Alberta, our headquarters and warehouse are based in Calgary with a satellite location in Lethbridge.

Upon placing orders online, the processing time is 1 - 4 business days before shipping commences, excluding holiday, weekend, and sale periods. Estimates provided for Packing, Processing, and Shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping addresses are created by the account holder and not by DK Beauty. Any errors in addresses will be your responsibility.

Standard Carriers: Our Standard Shipping carriers are Canada Post, Purolator,  UPS or Sendle for most deliveries. Flammables are not able to travel via Canada Post; a shipping address by courier is required.

Canada Post: CP will deliver your package to the address you have typed in on your account, which is indicated on your order. IIf you have a PO Box, it must be listed instead of your street address to ensure delivery by Canada Post. In instances where no one is available to receive the order, Canada Post will typically leave a notice and store your parcel at the nearest post office for retrieval within a designated time period.If the parcel is declined or not retrieved within this timeframe, it will be returned to our warehouse for re-shipping at cost or a refund minus incurred shipping charges.

UPS, Purolator and Ground Couriers: Ground couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box since Boxes are owned exclusively by Canada Post.

Tracking: YYou will get tracking as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking includes estimated delivery date, but no guarantees.  DK Beauty does not compensate for delays.

Other things to note:

• Express shipping may be available at an additional cost.
• Flammable items not eligible for air shipping due to government regulated shipping standards.
• Shipping estimates do not include packing or fulfillment time (2-3 business days)
• DK Beauty is not responsible for incorrectly delivered items, or returned orders caused by incorrect addresses. Please carefully review your address before placing an order.
• Refunds/credits for returned orders will be refunded less shipping charges.
• All shipping charges are non-refundable once the courier has accepted the package.

Free Standard Shipping May be Offered as a Courtesy but is not Guaranteed

DK Beauty offers free shipping for most Canadian orders over $199; $299 USA. Some exclusions include remote locations, heavy or flammable orders that require courier service and cannot ship by post. $199 minimum is calculated before any discounts, taxes or fees.  Heavies & DG will be transported via ground courier and you will receive notice of the extra charge.

Out of Stock Items

While inventory is carefully managed at our stores, accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to various mitigating factors such as human error, damages, and theft.There may be a delay or out of stock if the allocated item is sold in store at the same time.

International / USA Orders

For global or transnational customers, please note that your order might be inspected at the local border for your local taxes and relevant import duties.  Shipping fees paid to DK Beauty are separate from border taxes and duties.

DK Beauty is unable to ship orders to the USA or internationally without a declared value.
