Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and sale periods. Processing time is separate from shipping estimates. All orders ship from our Calgary warehouse. If a store-to-store transfer is needed, please allow an additional 3 business days before shipment.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or Sendle depending on your order and location.
- Flammable or dangerous goods cannot ship via Canada Post air and require a courier with a physical street address (no PO Boxes)
- Courier services (UPS, Purolator) cannot deliver to PO Boxes — use Canada Post for those
- Unclaimed Canada Post parcels are returned and subject to re-shipment fees
Free Shipping Thresholds
- Alberta & British Columbia: $199+
- Rest of Canada: $250+
(subtotal before taxes)
Heavy item surcharges, dangerous goods fees, and signature fees are additional and not included in free shipping.
Signature Required
Orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is not obtained, DK Beauty and the carrier are not liable for any loss.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking is provided once your package leaves our Calgary warehouse. Delivery dates are estimates — DK Beauty does not compensate for carrier delays.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout — DK Beauty cannot edit addresses and is not responsible for incorrectly delivered or returned orders. Refunds for returned orders are issued less the original shipping charges.
Express Shipping
Express shipping may be available at an additional cost. Flammable items are not eligible for air shipping.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, it will be included with your next order or a store credit will be applied. Out-of-stock items are not shipped separately at no charge.
USA & International Orders
US and international orders may be subject to border inspection and local import duties — these are the customer’s responsibility.
