DK Beauty Shipping Protection — Terms & Conditions

DK Beauty's Shipping Protection is an optional service offered at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. A signature is required upon receipt to add this protection (couriers will not protect no-signature parcels) By adding Shipping Protection to your order, you agree to the following terms:

Coverage

Shipping Protection covers orders that are lost in transit, stolen after confirmed delivery, or damaged upon arrival. Coverage applies to the order subtotal, excluding taxes and shipping fees.

Eligibility

  • Protection must be added at the time of checkout — it cannot be added after an order is placed
  • Coverage applies to orders shipped within Canada and the United States only
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for lost package claims unless theft can be reasonably demonstrated

How to File a Claim

To submit a claim, contact DK Beauty within 10 days of your expected delivery date at sales@dkbeauty.ca. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos (for damaged items).

Resolution

Approved claims will be resolved by way of a replacement order or store credit at DK Beauty's discretion, less shipping fee. Cash refunds are not provided under this program.

Exclusions

Shipping Protection does not cover delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or orders refused at delivery.

Program Terms

DK Beauty reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Shipping Protection program at any time. This program is not an insurance product and is administered solely by DK Beauty.
