SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Fulfillment Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Please note that some products are fulfilled from our secondary location and require a weekly inter-store transfer — if your order includes these items, our team will be in touch with an updated timeline. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier via email once your order has shipped.
Carriers We ship via Canada Post and select ground couriers including UPS, FedEx, and Purolator. Carrier selection is based on item type, size, weight, and destination. Flammable and oversized items are shipped via ground courier only.
Free ShippingFree Shipping:- Orders of $199 or more (subtotal before taxes): Free shipping for BC, AB & SK
- Orders of $250 or more (subtotal before taxes): Free shipping for ON, QC & MB
- Orders of $299 or more (subtotal before taxes): Free shipping for Maritime/Atlantic provinces (NB, NS, PEI, NL)
- Free shipping is not available to the Territories (YT, NT, NU)
- Free shipping is fulfilled via Canada Post Regular or Expedited service and does not apply to heavy, oversized, or equipment items; dangerous goods (DG); flammable items requiring ground courier; remote or excluded regions with elevated carrier surcharges; or orders combined with other promotions or discount codes.

Special Shipping Restrictions
- Flammable items (nail polishes, removers, cleaners) — Canadian domestic ground courier only; cannot be shipped to the USA or internationally
- Heavy & oversized items (liquids, equipment, furniture) — shipping charged based on courier quote plus an oversized item fee. Heavy goods and dangerous goods (DG) incur additional charges.
- Remote areas — some regions are excluded due to carrier surcharges; you'll be notified if your area is affected
- P.O. Boxes — we're unable to ship to P.O. Boxes; please provide a valid street address at checkout
International Shipping We ship to the United States and most international destinations worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. DK Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Flammable items cannot be shipped internationally. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on customs clearance.
Lost, Stolen & Missing Parcels
DK Beauty is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at time of order.
- Missing parcel claims are investigated through Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, Canpr or other couriers we use, before any replacement or refund is issued. To
- We do not automatically reship or refund while an investigation is pending. Each case is reviewed individually.
- If a replacement is issued as a goodwill gesture and the original parcel subsequently arrives, the customer is required to return the unopened replacement at their own expense. Failure to do so will result in an invoice for the full replacement order and permanent account closure.
- Refunds are issued upon receipt of returned items — not in advance.
- We reserve the right to close accounts where our policies are abused.
We treat our customers with honesty and respect, and we expect the same in return.
Signature & Parcel Coverage
DK Beauty offers an optional Signature & Coverage add-on at checkout. By selecting this option, your delivery will require a signature upon receipt — the most effective way to ensure carrier accountability for your parcel.
Please note: DK Beauty is the shipper, not the carrier. We hire trusted courier services in good faith to deliver your order safely. The signature fee is calculated based on your order value and reflects the actual courier charge — DK Beauty does not profit from this fee.
In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged parcel where Signature & Coverage was purchased, claims are handled directly through ShipCheck. For parcels shipped without signature coverage, please be aware that Canadian court rulings have confirmed carriers are not liable for parcels confirmed as delivered without a signature.
Returned Packages If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (including the original shipping cost if free shipping was applied). A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.
