This single Binchotan charcoal stick is designed to sit in drinking water as part of a simple countertop or refrigerator routine. After the stick is prepared according to its package directions, place it in a clean container of potable tap water and allow it to rest for 6–8 hours before drinking.

How to Use

Wash your hands and clean the water container before handling. Prepare the charcoal exactly as directed on the package. Place the prepared stick in potable tap water and leave for 6–8 hours. Keep the container covered and refrigerated where appropriate. Follow the manufacturer’s directions for cleaning, reconditioning and replacement; the listed service life is up to six months and will depend on use and care.
