All equipment sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on lamps, machines, or equipment of any kind.

In the event of a suspected defect, the unit must be returned to DK Beauty for assessment. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt, the equipment will be inspected and, if applicable, submitted to the manufacturer for further testing. DK Beauty will communicate the outcome once the manufacturer’s review is complete.
