It's the most wonderful time of the year in Calgary — and this morning, the DK Beauty Calgary team had the absolute best time celebrating Stampede season at our building's community breakfast! 🤠

Our incredible landlord and building management team at Edon Management pulled out all the stops — a live country band, a full Stampede breakfast spread, mimosas, and the most unexpected (and coolest) surprise: a presentation on beekeeping and honey, because yes — our landlord keeps beehives right on the building rooftop! 🐝🍯

The hives are maintained by the amazing team at Alvéole — urban beekeeping experts who bring rooftop hives to buildings and businesses across North America. And the best part? You can actually shop the artisan honey from Edon’s very own rooftop hive — how incredible is that?! Local, rooftop-harvested Calgary honey. 🐝🍯 We highly recommend grabbing a jar!

A special shoutout to our building manager James of Edon Management — 10 years of taking care of us and still showing up in full Stampede spirit, cowboy hat and all! We are so grateful for the relationship we have built over the years. 🤠

And of course, no Stampede breakfast is complete without the next generation of cowboys in attendance. A special shoutout to Master Bentley — son of our Director of Education — who showed up in the most perfectly Stampede-ready "Howdy" shirt and absolutely stole the show. ❤️

The energy, the sunshine, the music, the food — it was one of those mornings that reminds you why Calgary is such a special place to live and do business.
