Cleaning From $89 for a clean and service. Standard parts and labour are included for servicing.  Bearings and additional parts are extra as are considered a repair / replacement part and will be charged extra.

This is an approximate of charges but each e-file is assessed individually.  If charges are more, we will advise.  Parts are in addition to the assessment, repair fee above.

We repair Medicool, Erica's & Kupa.  If your model is not listed, please email sales@dkbeauty.ca before sending in your efile so we can evaluate if servicing is possible.

It is the customer responsibility to pay for shipping to DK and also the return shipping. We cannot guarantee all e-files are repairable.  Our European service technician is extremely experienced in e-file repairs and you will always receive a fair and accurate assessment and repair.

Ensure to include inside the box, your Invoice # or a copy of your paid invoice.
