How to Use
- Remove contact lenses. Clean eye area with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Makeup Remover.
- Mix 2cm of tint with 10 drops Oxidant Liquid or 15–20 drops Oxidant Cream into a creamy paste. Apply immediately.
- Processing time: Lashes 10 min, Brows 5–10 min. Longer = more intense result.
- Remove with cotton wool pads and water.
