• Can be applied over buffed nail, base coat, color or builder gels or topcoat. 
• Beautiful viscosity makes these art gels easy to work with! Create precsion line work and nail art with no running/sagging.
•  Apply thin to avoid curing issues, such as wrinkling. (Not recommended for full coverage or color blocking)
• Topcoat is optional. 
• Cure fully - 60 sec LED, 2 min UV
