Warranties
Warranties are issued by the manufacturer of the products, and we kindly direct you to inquire with the manufacturer for warranty instructions and information.
Warranties are extend to the original purchaser only. A DK Beauty receipt must be kept and presented to manufacturer for any warranty work. Warranty cards must be filled out and sent in where applicable.
Our manufacturers warrant their equipment and their parts against defects in material or workmanship for the prescribed period (typically 6 months up to 1 year on gel lamps, irons, blow dryers, lights and the bulbs for 30 days, 6 months on efile hand-pieces, after the date of original retail purchase.) During this period, our manufacturers will repair a defective product or part without charging you. You must deliver the defective equipment in its entirety to the manufacturer. You pay for all transportation and insurance charges for the entire shipment directly to the manufacturer.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
Arrange for the delivery of the product to the manufacturer directly. Products shipped to the manufacturer must be insured and safely and securely packed, preferably in the original carton, with a letter explaining the defect.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUFACTURER OR DEALER BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
The above warranties are subject to the following conditions: 1. You must retain your bill of sale or provide other proof of purchase. 2. You must notify the manufacturer immediately (within ten (10) days) after you discover a defective product or part. 3. All warranty servicing of this product must be made by the manufacturer. 4. Warranties extend only to defects in materials or workmanship as limited above and do not extend to any product or parts which have been lost or discarded by you or damage to products or parts caused by misuse, accident, improper installation, or use in violation of instructions furnished by us, or to units which have been altered or modified without authorization from the manufacturer.
